Fastway — Poor service- channels stop in between- poor signal

Sir, My name is Akshay.I am resident of Ropar city.Fastway cable is not working well.Channels stops in between as there is poor signal.All the residents of our area are facing the same problem.Whenever I make a complaint, they just note it down and no further action is taken.I am Facing this problem from starting when I took a new connection.
