Dear All, I am very much dissatisfied with the FW follow ups & customer care. First time I called customer care on 4th Mar with mob no [protected] with request no 34894 that your STB will be installed in 24 hrs. From 4th Mar till now (13th Mar) I am regularly calling customer care from same mob no & no one is here to listen my complaint, (giving silly excuses. I do not want connection from Fast way.
