Fastway — rude behaviour of local cable operator | |||
Hi i am from raipur khurd chandigarh and name of local operator is satyam cable network raipur.i got connection last week of january this year n they charged 1000 inr including 1 month of rent n provide me old setup box with broken remote and when i asked about payment slip they gave excuse everytime like will give tomorrow etc from 27th feb i have no signal in cable and going their office every day for complaint and i gave 2 time setup box to them because they asked for it and returned without signal now they are asking for 200 inr again to change the box plus 280 inr as rent again n saying otherwise your cable will not work n behaving like goons n talking rudely i have no connection from last 15 days then why i need to pay again for rent if i am not geeting the service it is not my fault it is there fault to not provide the signal to customer.it is really poor service n spoiling the name of fastway. As lots of local customer already left the fastway n have connection through dish.. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
