FastWay Transmission — Unethical behaviour, poor customer care service and faulty setup box | |||||
I have fastway connection from past 2 years. My box was faulty 1.5 months ago. I have contacted customer care several time under compliant number 3089153, instead of providing any resolution they told me to contact local operator. I contacted local operator (at [protected] and [protected]), they told me now i have to again pay (600 rs) for setup box and they will give me old repaired box. Then i again contacted customer care ([protected]), they told me you need not to pay for any setup box again and told me to contact again local operator. i called local operator again, then he said bluntly that we do like wise if you want to you can other wise get it from somewhere else. He also added if somebody (customer care) is saying you that you need to to pay for setup box then go and get it change from them (customer care). Above issue is still pending at Fastway end, could you please get it resolved ASAP. 1) please get my setup box replaced 2) Want refund my 1.5 months monthly rent as i was not availing service due to faulty setup box.
