[protected] Ernakulum From Mr. Pradeep Parapuam Federal Group 39/1499, Federal Group Building Kalathiparambil Cross Road Ernakulam South, Valanjabalam, Cochin- 682016 [protected] [protected]/51 Sub: Complaint againt Branch Manager Mr. Philip Abraham & Cashier, of Federal Bank. Pallimukku Branch Sir, I am an account holder of Federal Bank, Panampilly Nagar- Branch. My account no is[protected]. This branch has a very good dealing with the customers and their customer services and behaviors. Today[protected] unfortunately I had go to Federal Bank, Palimukku Branch to deposit Rs.49, 000/- in my account.[protected]. around 1.20 Pm The person in the cash counter refused to take the amount of Rs. 49, 000/- by saying that he can only accept the amount up to Rs.30, 000/-. Though it is a suspense amount only with the concern of Branch Manager he can receive amount more than Rs.40, 000/-. When I approached the Branch Manager, he behaved very rudely by saying that I had to go to my own branch to deposit the amount. He Stated form the other branches they cannot accept money. Because of his ridiculous behavior I had to return back, and not able to transfer the amount which was very urgent. I had to face a great loss behave of this incident. Due to this I had lost my valuable time and dignity. So I kindly request you to take suitable action against who had caused for this.
