[Resolved] Federal Bank — Customer misbehaving | |||
Hai Last week i went federal bank kothamangalam branch. They issue 85 token, i got 82 token number. They stop work 81 token, your staff counter close at sharp 2. Pm for lunch. I just ask a question to branch asst. Manager, why all people going lunch at the same time. One can seat their and finish the token and one can go. Asst. Manager replies is very nice "if you are not interest, you can close the account from here.." This staffs came to home for a/c opening, but now they are telling like this..!!!
