Federal Bank Ltd. — Extra interest rate charged | |||
I have taken home loan from federal bank on 27/06/08 at 8.25 rate of floating interest rate. Later it was increased every time and now they are charging me 13.25 interest. As per the RBI rule the home loan was converted to base rate that is 10.25 in 2010. When I came to know about this I had a word with the manager and the said we can change the rate once u give the application, I have give this today but they are not ready to reimburse me the extra amount charged. Very important thing I was never informed about the rate of interest increased or decreased. Please help me to get this issue resolved. Thanks Jitendra Was this information helpful? | |||
