Fedex — Delay in custom clearance | |||
We imported a shipment from a company in France. By mistake the shipper mentioned the wrong address & company name as consignee. Now they have mailed the correct invoice at [protected]@fedex.com and we have submitted all kyc documents of our company many times. We daily talk to customer care regarding this but nothing positive is coming out and that shipment is very urgent for us. Was this information helpful? | |||
