[Resolved]  Fedex Express Transportation & Supply Chain India Pvt.ltd — Shipment not delivered to consignee and not even returned

I booked one shipment with Fedex with awb no.:[protected] on 26.02.2016.
Shipment not delivered till date.
I informed fedex through email to check for delivery. Consignee visited fedex delivery office and asked for the parcel. They informed him that patcel was eaten by rats and they can not deliver it.
Now fedex enquired the case and fake informated provided to me that address incorrect.
If address incorrect then they should have returned it till date. Still they are not returning this shipment.
The shipment containing online order of one customer. We have to issue refund to this customer with penalty.
Fedex is a company which is so careless that many shipments are damaged in transit and they are not even returning the shipments. Never accept their mistake.
I am at loss of more than Rs.1000.00 due to poor service of fedex.
I need refund of my parcel and shipping charges both with penalty to this courier company.
