[Resolved] Fedex India — Bad experience with the courier service (Fedex) | |||
I have called on saturday and they promised that they will do delivered today[protected], but i have tried to reach them, but they are not responding my call at all Yes, please do the favour and not delivered yet I have done so many orders in Amazon, but i felt very bad experience with the courier service (Fedex). fedex courier delivery man behaving irresponsible while contacting him Was this information helpful? | |||

I have trying desperately to receive the package which I had ordered to be delivered to my place. But the customer care person tells me that there is some issue with one of the Mumbai centers for the past two months and the package will be delivered after the issue gets resolved. I haven’t been given any date and neither the customer care person knows when.
What am I supposed to do now?? Keep on waiting?? And till when??

I ordered some items in online from private site on feb 11th, so they given me fedex consignment to track & get the delivery. And the order is in Hyderabad since 2 days delivery point is in Nandikotkur. I am waiting for the delivery since 7days.

Worst Courier service every seen, since last last 4 days the customer support has been informing that " today your shipment would be delivered " but yet not delivered till yet.
Some day they sent fake SMS that ur number was unreachable and today they mentioned my address was incorrect...I have been ordering multiple items from Amazon flipkart and even speed post and they were delivered at the same address and my number was always reachable to them.a nd more over my both the number s.are always in service I will never recommend FedEx to anyone and thinking escalate this matter to the highest level.

My parcel was reached 04th Mar' 2020, the clearance agent put a message on 5th Feb evening to need the dicuments which had been forwarded on 6th March after multiple mails there was no mail from that person and tring his land line number who didn't attend the calls. I tried Customer support dailry but there was no support and giving some stories, finaly i shouted them then they given a number of clearance manger(after 10days), i spoken to him who was confirmed to clear within 48hours, but after four days still there is no action on this. And i didn't get reply also.
What a lethargic work, it is not like a corporate company, like third rated behaviour.

My parcel was reached Bangalore on 04th Mar' 2020, the clearance agent put a message on 5th Mar evening to need the dicuments which was been forwarded on 6th March after multiple mails there was no mail from that person and tring his land line number who didn't attend the calls. I tried Customer support daily but there was no support and giving some stories, finaly i shouted them then they given a number of clearance manger(after 10days), i spoken to him who was confirmed that to clear within 48hours, but after four days still there is no action on this.
