[Resolved] Fedex — Lousy service: courier not delivered | |||
This is what I have written to customer care.. Hi FedEx, It's already 8 PM and it's second day that you couldn't deliver the consignment[protected]. Perhaps, hazardous condition in southeast US is reason that you couldn't deliver to local Bangalore address in two days. Your service is so lousy and the last customer care guy I talked was so rude... @ Tekkitake I don't know whether your other customers have faced problem with FedEx. But I have (atleast with FedEx unit that caters to 560037). As a customer, I can only say that you give a thought to this arrangement. Perhaps, there are better courier partners out there and then there always is Amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||
