[Resolved] Fedex — Order not delivered | |||
Hi, I ordered an online product and they have shipped through Fedex. Tracking no:[protected]. I got the tracking number a week ago but I did not receive my order yet and the wait is still on. The online tracking is also showing expected delivery date as NA. I call the customer care everyday and the executives tell that it will get delivered by tomorrow on every call. Being fed-up of such a loop of the same activities I am writing this complaint. I do not even know whether I will at all get my shipment or not. Please help. Please help me to get the order delivered by any means. It is 8days past after shipment and it did not get delivered yet. It is showing At Local Fedex Facility at Hyderabad from 1st June till today. How long does it take to get delivered within the same city. Since the full money is paid I am so much worried. Attaching the latest status. My mail ID is sude.[protected]@gmail.com.
