Ferns N Petals — Misleading products and hopeless customer support | |||
I had ordered a Personalized Lamp on 31st August from fnp.com website (Order Number:[protected]. The feature of this bottle lamp was that you could send a picture that you want and the company puts it on the lamp. http://www.fnp.in/shining-memory-personalized-lamp-giftsfnp2723 But when I sent a picture and the product was delivered, the picture that came out was completely stretched on the bottle. Very bad quality image. (Please check attached images) I raised a complaint but their customer care executives never have a solution. They just ask you to put a mail. I have mailed them several times as well, and I got the reply that "We would like to inform you that your image on product has been printed as per the shared image resolution. However, redelivery or refund in this case would not be possible." It is mentioned on the website that picture must be high resolution, it does not mention the exact size required for the picture to appear normal on the bottle. Also, there is no option to preview how the picture might finally look on the product. I had sent a high resolution image of size more than 5 MB. I dont know what is high resolution according to their standards. No specifications were mentioned on the website about its exact size or dimensions. Also, there's no option to preview the image on the product. Surely, I asked for the image to be replaced or refund my amount at the earliest. Ferns and Petals is a renowned name in the industry and such unprofessional-ism and lack of focus on customer satisfaction is appalling on the part of a company of such repute. I was simply asking for a change of picture because all my complaints have fallen on deaf years so far. They have blindly pasted the pic without any consideration and now it looks hideous on the lamp. Please resolve. They have already destroyed my husband's birthday surprise.. I dont care about the gift anymore.. I just want my money back now. I had given them a chance to change the image and redeliver. But they declined. Now i want my money back.
