I had placed an order with fnp on 16.8.15 to be delivered on 27.8.15. Since I didn't receive any notifications I sent mails and made repeated calls - which was reverted with - it will b sent today. Now they have become incommunicado. I have already made full payment of the same. Pls help

I have experience same thing with Ferns N Petals. Ordered a rakhi on 15 Aug 2015 to be sent to my brother in California.
