Ferns N Petals — Price

I visited ferns n petals situated at hoshiarpur, Punjab. I bought a mug of price 499 for m mother and a mug of rs 299 gift for my mom on mothers day ..but they were asking me to pay additional tax to get printed bill..it was written on the mug "inclusive of all taxes" .. She was fighting with me about it.. In the end she told me that she gave me the item at lesser price exclusive of tax.. She behaved so wrong.. And these kind of people are loosing the company customers..I am not going to visit any store of ferns n petals in future because of so bad dealing by your employees ..remember you are not just loosing one customer ..YOU ARE LOOSING 9 more customers..
