Firoz — Bundle missing

Dear sir, I booked one parcel from ahmedabad jn to Ernakulam Jn via an agent from adi on 07.08.2015 . As per the record from ahmedabad railway station parcel load at Okha Express (train #16337) dtd 08.08.2015. Till date I am unable to receive the sam .Ii checked it with Southern railway and they told me that the parcel yet not received at ernakulam . I checked all the possible stations here to find my parcel but result is negative . Request you to please help me to find out my parcel .
