C991Z2977994 showing out for delivery status since 2 days but not yet delivered. Also there is no way that we can track with the local sites. I ve sent SMS, sent mail via the first flight portal but still there is no response and not even a mail that states that they had received a complaint. All the numbers that are available in their website do not work or no one picks up. This is highly frustrating too. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 7, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally received the courier today after a very long waiting time. I had sent many mails with no reply..however this morning I did receive the parcel. First Flight Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
