First Flight Courier — Non delivery of courier and careless attitude | |||
The Item I had ordered from Snapdeal was recieved by the Courier office at Cuttack on 22nd January 2015. My Home is 15 mins away from Cuttack and till today I did not recieve the Item. They are showing careless behavior and not handing over the item to me. I doubt they might have missed the Item and not giving me the same. Kindly do the necessary action. I had a Water purifier that cost rs. 15500 to me that I had ordered on 19th Jan. I have not got the Item yet and really frustrated by the attitude of FirstFlight service desk people.
