First Flight Courier — Regarding Delay in Courier Delivery. | |||
These courier service is really worst. My courier shipped from mumbai on 25-Jun-15 with tracking number B991Z4764575 and reached Tenkasi branch on 29-Jun-15. Till now i.e., 4-July-15 also it not been delivered and there is no update on web site trackingand actual fact is that they can't delivery a single shipment to my address. Tried calling many times to customer care and which is useless and not helping me in getting my parcel. They wont understand the customer needs and deeds and which is worst services from FirstFlight... We want an immediate and urgent action in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
