I applied an pan card in month of sep 2017 and my ack. number of application is [protected]. My pan card send by nsdl in october 2017 by first flight courier . pan application status showing pan card delivered on 11-oct-2017 but i had not received yet. courier office saying we returned your pan card. please do needful action .i cant understand if pan card returned why status showing that pan card delivered....

Workers are irregular ! They dont open the office at time .they never be at time of delivery and when we call them they dont receive phones .office is always closed and delivery boys is really not doing his job.This is about vizianagaram branch .I didnt get my courier till now . I have applied for pan card before few months. It seems that today it came to first flight courier office in guntur near chilakaluripet. They did not deliver me the pan card, instead they ask to come and collect. Actually courier is meant to deliver the posts but they are fail in that. From my home town to guntur 45 km far a way. And they are showing the reason home locked even they are not attending single time also....

Products already received to courier service at first flight approx on 17Jan 2018 but courier didn't hand over me till date . I was supposed to be delivered my pan card my 18 january, but it hasn't been done yet, please check to this issue.
The card was dispatched on 6th january.
And online tracking shows that it's pending even now, please look to it.

I was trying to track my courier with consignment number 'J991M6839178' and it was already showing 'dispatched' on 2-Feb-2018. But we are sorry to inform you that we received the courier on 5-Feb 2018 at 5:15 PM.

We were trying to call on the given number '[protected]' but nobody picking the call and after sometime it gets switched off. I got another number '[protected]' on 5 Feb around 4:40 PM. And the courier boy said that...

I had courier my packet through first flight delhi to patna on express service.
But they are very irresponsible and not delivered on time.
I am surprised there is no any positive response and no any assistance from courier service and no any assistance from first flight courier.
All agent using wrong number on website. No any response.

I am expecting a first flight courier number r[protected], i was told that the courier would be received within 48 hours. It has been 4 days. All number given on receipt are switched off. Some how i managed to contact customer care, but they said to check from the office. Such an irresposible service.
Non helping customer service.
Its frustrating. Where should i call or complain as it had my importen documnets....

I had sent my first flight consignment # m[protected]. This was already sent from sanaswadi, pune on dated 30.01.2018 till our customer not received it. The status online shows "insuffivient address"; though i mention all details address with contact no. Please treat this as urgent and do the necessary!

It was booked on 3rd Jan 2018 for three days delivery.
It's 31th now and the courier is not delivered yet.
Online tracking it shows that it is still in noida.
But not even a single delivery attempt has been made so far.
I attempted to call at their Noida/hyderabad/tirupati numbers but no one answers and some people are cutting the call.
