[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Consignment being sent back to sender multiple times without delivery attempt | |||
Payback has tried sending me the payback card 3 times. It was sent back to sender first time saying No Such Consignee/Company. It was sent back second time saying party refused to accept the consignment It was again sent back third time saying Party No Such Consignee/Company. The address provided is correct, I have received my credit card, statements and other stuff on the same address from other couriers. My phone number was also provided along with the address, First flight doesn't bother to call or try to deliver, it conveniently returns the consignment to the sender. I had even called up First flight when my card was in transit during the second attempt and raised a complaint that I never refused to accept the consignment, I was told they will attempt delivery with 24 hours. Even after that, they have sent back the card to the sender. I have already called up Payback and registered a complaint regarding First Flight's horrible service. Even the payback representative acknowledged that they have been receiving a lot of complaints on First Flight and said they have escalated the issue to the management to take action.
