First Flight Couriers — Consignments are being stolen by First flight Courier team | |||
I have booked a consignment on 27th Feb 2014. When we check the status in the Web it showing as the item got despatched from chennai. Consignment Number :C[protected] Date Serving Location Status 27-Feb-2014 Chennai Arrived At Origin HUB 27-Feb-2014 Chennai Despatched From Origin HUB But after that no updates. When i tried reaching the customer service they are least bothered about the package. From three days i am continously following with Customer support. Each time a stupid answers i get. All are asking for my number but no one calls back. The worst ever customer support i experienced with The First flight. No contact numbers are available of Higher officials in the Website. Its clear that some one from First flight have stolen my package. Company might not be paying for there employees. Such a irresposible management i have never seen. Even their team dont know where the package is missed. Then what the hell for having a tracking page i dont understand. Its not just the matter of my package but its the belief which i lost over this courier service. I will never ever do this mistake again and will not encourage anyone to body to book in this cheap courier. Consignment may miss in any courier but they tried to resolve it as soon as possible. But here everyone is sleeping in office it seems. We have to call 10 times to connect to the customer care service, if they found boring then only they will answer the call.
