[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Courier Not delivered with misleading information about courier delivery. | |||
I tried to send a courier to my hometown Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh) from Bangalore on 28th June 2014 saturday from the 'BTM 2nd Stage First flight courier service' and the customer executive who accepted my package told it would take a maximum of 3-4 days to deliver it. But till now (10th July 2014) the parcel has not reached the destination and whenever I enquire about the status of this courier, he responded me back with 1 day 2 days excuse and now they are not even responding my calls. I told the representative to either give my package back with total refund or deliver the courier as soon as possible but now he is not at all responding my queries and I am still not able to track the courier online. This is to your notice that if my package is not getting delivered in another 2-3 days I will consult the help of constomer protection forum and file a complaint against the courier service to refund the package price and the courier service charge and also for misleading me by giving incorrect information.
