[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Courier not delivered yet (13 days completed) | |||
My PAN card shipped by NSDL with consignment number: B991Q0492357, booked on 19th July 2014 from Mumbai to Ernakulam is yet not delivered by First Flight Couriers. The status in their web tracking says "Despatched From Origin HUB". It is not updated after 19th July 2014. I have tried contacting their Corporate Office at[protected] but it is not receiving any calls. I have tried Kochi office at Ph:[protected] and got the answer to contact another office at[protected]. The executive mentioned that this consignment is not reached and he don't know where it is now. I have tried emails and SMS but no reply and I am still waiting for the PAN card.
