First Flight Couriers — Courier still not received from 10th may 2016

This is to draw your attention that my company had sent a courier to me on 10th may 16 from kolkata to mumbai which had arrived in mumbai on 12th may & was also out for delivery same from vasai east branch to my place.
Unfortunately it is still not reached (It contain a very important document which was suppose to be reached on 12th may).
Their vasai branch number given on net is keep on ringing all the time[protected].
The height of tolerance is that even their goregaon head office number is keep on ringing. Such a bad company to keep faith on.
Do something at the earliest or i will personally visit your head office & complain to higher authorities..

Hi,

I am not able to track my consignment, this is very bad experience with first flight courier service, never expected such kind of service. even calling to customer care, they don't receive the call.

My documents were delivered to wrong address on May 2, 2016, I am following up with them and no acknowledgement or ETA to get it delivered ot me . This is ridiculous.

Amway product numbering 5(Five) has been parcelled vide Consignment No. U991M0407241 from paradeep to Nellore-524001 on 28.6.2015 . On the way on their chain two materials was stolen and repacked . The rest was delivered.
