First Flight Couriers — Damaged Parcel and parcel delivery was pretty late | |||
Dear Sir, I was supposed to get a parcel from First Flight Courier Service at least a 7 days back but just got the parcel today (22/05/15). According to the sender, he filled the parcel with 4 half kg Cashew nuts but when I opened the parcel it was just 1 half kg packet and an opened packet. Cashews from the opened packet were spilled and the parcel was also in half opened condition. The guy who delivered the parcel was not ethical at all and his language was rude. I wrote 5 mails to "[protected]@firstflight.net, [protected]@firstflight.net" but there was no response at all.
