First Flight Couriers — Delay in consignment delivery

A consignment was booked from bhopal (Jp cement regional marketing office) to noida (Jp cement head office) through first flight courier (Thaddaram complex, zone - i, mp nagar, bhopal) on 8. 7. 15.

Against the assured delivery within 2 working days, embarrassingly, the consignment was delivered on 13. 7. 15. Due to above, we had to face huge problems in our crucial meeting conducted on 11. 7. 15 at noida office.

Besides imposing suitable penalty on the courier company, we also desire refund of minimum rs 25000 / - for the mental & professional harassment faced.
