Dear Sir, I have 3 parcels coming from snapdeal and the parcels arrived your ambasamudram branch. your people are insisting to deliver my parcels, they are asking me to come and collect the parcel.This service is very . i[censored] want customers please ask ur staff to go and deliver the products or else u will have loose ur existing customers and new customers. Dear Team,
This is with the reference to the Airway Bill No./Reference No.: C991Q1366976 for which Mr. Rupesh, Mobile# [protected], seemed to be assigned for delivery. When this gentleman came for delivery he was asking me over phone to come to a different location which is not the same as the delivering location.
And when I insisted on delivering the courier on the shipping address, then this gentleman says that he will not deliver; and told me to wait for another few days. IS THIS THE CULTURE AT FIRST FLIGHT COURIER ???
Looking at the criticality of the documents in the courier from the bank and brand of the FIRST FLIGHT COURIER, this is NOT AT ALL acceptable.
I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with your delivery service. Such kind of behavior is shocking for me.
IS THIS WHAT THE KIND OF TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE IMPARTED TO DELIVERY BOYS???
I also tried calling on[protected] but the number was constantly busy.
