First Flight Couriers — Denial to issue proof of delivery. | |||
We had sent two documents on 23rd. Jan. 2016, through First Flight Couriers one to Larsen & Toubro Ltd, New Delhi vide docket no.B991M0457671 and second one to Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Chennai.Now the concerned person in New Delhi has denied the receipt of the same. So, we requested First Flight Couriers to send us the copy of Proof of Delivery. But they are refusing to so, as that is not in there practice. So Please advice us what should be line of action to sort out the problem, as the document contains important papers which can not be reissued by the concerned authorities which please note.
