First Flight Couriers — First Flight Courier Service Shipment not yet received even it is reached to my city 1 week back.

I was suppose to receive my courier 1 week back. It was dispatched from Noida and reached Hyderabad with in 1 day. But its been a week and still they have not delivered my packet. It is not even a big packet, it is just a document. I tried to call customer care but they are useless.

I am extremely disappointed with the service.

"W991B2313296" is the way bill number.

booking date: 17th Aug 2016

Date received at destination city: 18th Aug 2016

Date of incident: 25th Aug 2016

Resolution: need my document.

I am not able to understand what I can do. Please help me in this regard.
