First Flight Couriers — For not making any effort to deliver the consignment

I have checked the status a few days back on their your portal for my consignment B991Q1863331 and found the status as 'Party Shifted'. Please note that I am residing at same address. This is the absolute irresponsible behavior form their side. I did tried to communicate to them several time but no one is picking calls or responding to my mails below and now they have returned the consignment without making any effort to deliver it.I am very sorry but this is the most pathetic service I have ever witnessed by a courier company. It seems like these people do not have any willingness to provide service to your clients.
