[Resolved]  First Flight Couriers — Irresponsibility - Misplaced deliver

I am extremely disappointed with first flight service. My HDFC credit card ATM PIN was courier via First flight courier services. It was dispatched on 02-Oct-2014. I gave my residential address for dispatch. After waiting for a week on 10-Oct-2014. I checked the consignment details(C991Q2356628) on FirstFlight's Online tracking system. The status is Returned To Origin as address is insufficient. I did not receive any call from the courier guy. I have been living in the same address from past 1.5 years and have no problems in receiving the letters and couriers. Again, I called HDFC customer care to dispatch new ATM PIN. It was dispatched on 21-Oct-2014. After 4 days, I checked the consignment details(C991Q2464448) on FirstFlight's Online tracking system. I was shocked to know that in their system they said consignment is marked as already delivered to some XYZ person, there is no contact number of the receiver. I called the firstflight customer care and asked what is the address attached for the airway bill number (C991Q2464448), then their answer was they do not know the address, but it is delivered at somewhere else at you company. In fact the delivery address is not the company address(company seal and signature given), it is my residential address. I asked the scan copy of delivery. After some hours they sent the copy, I did not find my company seal there and some person Gondapa received it. I have enquired all my office courier desk there is no one by name Gondapa and also enquired my apartment security(just to check if it was delivered to my residential address), there is no one by that name. In reality I had never received my consignment and on trying to contact Either phone used to be busy or if it rings it goes to IVR and no one picks up the call.

NSDL sent me my PAN card on 22 Oct 2014. When I checked the status tracking it said it was received by First Flight on 25 October 2014. But the reason for the delay in delivery was Insufficient Address. What NONSENSE. I have been at this address for the last 16 years and no one has had that complaint. It is 29 October 2014. Which courier takes one week to come from Bombay to Bangalore??

VERY POOR SERVICE. No one even answers the customer care number. I am left hanging with some music playing all the time. When I finally got through yesterday only ONCE after trying for two days they took my complaint and gave me the branch phone number. these people have been dodging me ever since and keep saying, the courier will be sent now, in the afternoon, in the evening. it is 48 hours now since I have been following up. Nothing has come TILL NOW.
