First Flight Couriers — Irresponsible in sending courier | |||
I was sanded a rakhi courier from first flight on 18th august from Pune to Raipur Tracking no was M991B2410958, they told me that it will be delivered in 4 dats till saturday, i inquired about that on monday evening, so they told we will give you status by tomorrow afternoon, and now they told it came back due to insufficient address, i wanted to know if they are not getting the address then why they are not called on given number and inquired about the address. if they dont want to courier on right time then why is the need for courier services i wanted to delivered that courier maximum by friday. i don't know how they are going to do that but i just wanted to delivered on time. If that is some issue with not finding the address so they should inform us that the courier is return why they are waiting for our call. I talked on following no [protected] with one lady after that i told her to give the managers no so she gave me mr Bimal's no i.e. [protected], but he left his mobile on the office and he is not avilable.
