[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Letter undelivered | |||
I booked a letter addressed to Sasanka Sekhar Guha, 28, Kalpana Chawla Sarani, PO - Bhaktinagar, Dist - Jalpaiguri, Pin- 734007 on 05/08/2014 with an amount of Rs. 80/-. The same has not yet been delivered. The envelope contains important document (3 pages) which was required to be despatched with 2-3 working days. I was ensured of the delivery within stipulated time period. It is 20th August, still avwaiting the letter. This kind of service is not expected from first flight.
