I have booked a urgent consignment related to job of my daughter from Allahabad to Barabanki (UP) vide docket No. J991M3232025. This consignment has not been delivered by you til 04.08.2015, 2.30PM. I have contacted several times to your Allahabad, Lucknow and Barabanki offices and requested to deliver the consignment but you have delivered the same.You are giving reason of non-delivery that there is non service station at Barabanki. If there is no service station at Barabanki, why you have booked the consignment? By non delivery of consignment, you have given me physical and mental tension for which you are solely responsible.
