The insurance renewal papers of my two wheeler. Insurance renewed on 30 aug 2016 by icici lombard. The insurance agency sent consignment by first flight courier ltd. Detail as under: Consignment no-b[protected], ref no-6086848, dt of delivery-01-sep-2016 mumbai - rewari status - returned to origin. The courier agency fail to deliver the consignment.
