First Flight Couriers — Non-delivery of pan card thrice | |||
First flight courier is the very very very very worst courier service. I applied for Pan card in 2008 and the pan card was sent to me in this courier. They didn't deliver me or call me, but simply returned the card as 'consignee has shifted'. Again, I requested NSDL to resend me. They resent it again with this same courier service. The result is same. When I again requested NSDL, they asked me to reapply by paying the charges again. I reapplied and this time the pan card was sent in speed post which i received promptly. In 2015, I again applied for pan card of my relative. My bad luck, the pan card is again despatched in first flight courier. The pan card reached the destination on Jan 14, 2015, but it was still not delivered to the user. I tried to call them, but they started playing with me asking me to call some other number. When I called that number, they gave me another number. When I tried that another number, it was always busy. When I checked in the first flight site, the status is shown as 'returned to origin' and the pending comment as 'non-service station'. This clearly reveals that there is no change in their attitude even after 7 years. I don't know why NSDL still sending the pan cards with this courier service. FFCL returned the pan card as wrong address. I posted a complaint to Pan authority and requested them to resend it via Indian post. They resent me and I received it successfully. My sincere advice: never send any parcels via FFCL. They will never reach the destination.
