[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Non-delivery of parcel | |||
my parcel (consignment ID: d991b1855610) was returned back due to "insufficiency of address". I had got a call from your side but couldn't answer as I was in a meeting. After the meeting I called back but there was no response. After 3 days when I inquired, I was told that the parcel was sent back because I didn't answer their call to confirm the address. What kind of service is this?? Why don't you guys answer the phone?? people might be busy when you call??...Honestly, I feel your's is the worst service. Before, this also I had bad experiences with this courier service. Once I received a parcel after 2 months and another time my pan card was lying at your office for 1 month, which I had to go and collect from your office. But, it's enough.
