First Flight Couriers — Not arrival of courier, but status is showing arrived

On 31 aug 2016, i have sented a courier from chittoor (Ap) to the destination surat
When i checked the status, it shows arrived at destination,
But i have not yet received the courier, please resolve the problem soon, because i have sented a book, and the exams are near by,
How could be possible like this??? I mean not yet received the courier but status showing arrived... Very pissed off
