[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — NOT YET RECEIVE MY COURIER 10 DAYS OVER NO RESPONSE OF CUSTOMER CARE

Hi this is harsha, my friend had sent a courier from Chennai to rajistan to me. That time they said like it will reach with in 2 to 3 days but 10 days got over till now I didn't get. Wen I call customer service they said like " you will get today", 3 days before they said like this. When I tried for complients no response they r hesitating.
