First Flight Couriers — Pan card did not deliver | |||||
Dear sir Greetings! I am chatur kumar from faridabad, my pan card had dispatched for delivery oct 14, 2016 but the courier boy did not call me and not to deliver me courier at my address. When i checked the status on ffcl website then status i am shocked my pan card is returned to origin - mumbai, why? i want to know that when my deliver date is oct 20, 2016 then why are you sending back to origin. i am very disappointed with ffcl its really very poor service. you have to responsible to contact the customer and inform him before send back to origin. after all i am going to faridabad courier office at sec 11 near milan vatika. i meet concerned person mr mahendra. he said the my address is not sufficient but its your responsibility to call the customer. he did not talk properly with me. i just want to know that where is my packet right now if you sent origin then mail me tracking no. I request to please help me as soon as possible. I am attaching here status update. please solve my problem asap.
