[Resolved] First Flight Courier — Parcel was not delivered properly | |
I received a parcel which had my books.The books were wrapped in white sheets when sent for courier.when I received the courier it was packed in polythene of First Flight Couriers in which there was some red powder which was completely spotted on my books.The wrapping which was done by the sender ,was also tempered and repacked in this polythene .I just want to know who did this and what action should I take against the company? I called the customer support but they said they said they can't do anything about it. Was this information helpful? | |

not received consignment on right address...
