First Flight Couriers — Product has been misplaced. | |||||
My courier having code: u[protected], containing a pair of spectacles and lens cleaner has not yet reached its destination, it might have been misplaced. The date of courier was 26/03/16 and i was returning it for replacing the product at lenskart. Since lenskart return policy suggests to return product within a month (Max.) there is no use sending it back. I went to check the tracking of product at the courier store ([protected]) but they said the number ([protected]) of first flight employee is out of reach. Even the courier store costed me 210 rupees but the product is not yet reached lenskart at - Dealskart online services D-12/2, okhla phase-2, New delhi - 110020 The product costed me 1138.50 rupees and in total it costed me 1348.5, please refund money at the latest as the product is surely missing.
