First Flight Couriers — Product not sending customer end almost 7 days gone. no response | |||||
I have sended one product through first flight from chennai to bangalore on[protected]. It is reached next day on[protected] bangalore. But till now it is not reached to customer end (I. E) delivery person. It has been holded almost 7 days. For this issue my production loss, late product delivery. I have the consignment no: c[protected] and complaint is raised. Complaint no :3068281. Thers is no response from first flight courier. They simply say we are raised complaint and talking about the delivery disopatch issue to our complaint officer till now same reply. There is no steps as follows... Very very worst reply and service. Change thrre name to last flight courier... Kindly help us. Was this information helpful? | |||||
