[Resolved]  First Flight Couriers — stuff missing (these ppl are thieves)

I have shipped a luggage from Mississauga, CA going to Chandigarh Punjab . It contained my kids clothes and some pair of shoes.I dropped the baggage at their location . Next day lady named RAjsree called me and said they need to verify the contents of my baggage and asked me for pass code for the lock. I was surprised why wont the tell me this when i was dropped tha baggage at their location. she said oh sorry we were busy and forgot . Anyway i was not in the town and i gave them the number to open the lock and verify .
When my family received the baggage they found some shoes and all the new clothes for my son ( 3 jackets and 3 shirts ) were missing and baggage looked like complete mess. All the stuff was upside down. I was so disappointed and shocked that how come somebody can steal so much stuff out of a packed luggage.
I went to their office and i was told people in India do this often. Its not their fault .
I dont know who to go to but these ppl need to be held responsible for any complaints.
