Pls note we had to received a pan card through nsdl. After arrived at jalandhar, nobody (First flight) consider it urgent and mark rto without our permission and without any confirmation. We need this consignment very very urgent. As per yours organization, they arranged the delivery but no any delivery depute by them. This is not a first courier through this organization but that time we are totally furious and irate from yours service. Pls provide us this pan card asap.
