consignment no.- B991Q2518266 Very important document for me.Dispatched on 20 sep 2014, Showing Received To Motihari On 25 Sep 2014. When I Contated Local Branch At Motihari, They Say They May Have Send It Back As Your Address Is Not In City. Can Not They Call Me Once Before Sending Back, If Not, Why You Accept Such Consignment. Now Also Status Is Not Showing Online. Also There Is No Contact No. Available Of Any Branch In Bihar. No customer care no. on there website.
