Firstcry.com — Faulty item received, can't return | |||||
I have purchased a GPS Child Tracking watch from FirstCry for Rs. 3990 (Order No. 3619065PNZ0226415). The watch is not working as per specifications. When I sent a mail regarding this, it was informed that the order status will become "DELIVERED" then I can return it. Since last 5 days the status is still "IN TRANSIT". I tried to call their customer care. My call was not answered. I sent mail, but didn't get answer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
