Flipcard — Wanted to return phone k3 note

Hi, I had taken a phone from Flipcard. Order Details Order ID: OD[protected] Items) Seller: WS Retail Review Seller Order Date: 10 August, 2015 12:45 PM Amount Paid: Rs. 9999 through Debit card. Phone is not working properly. 1- Walpar which has been put, in a day 2 3 times the wallpaper disappear and black screens comes. 2-Touch is not working properly. 3-When radio is on, it voice disappers for 2 3 sec and again comes, its happens all the time. 4- Right hand side their is a button, from which ram clearing options comes, but its does not work on 1 -2 days and start working anytime. 5-Normally when msg comes the resent msg is on top, but in this randomly its comes in this, their in no setting for this and it suffers anytime. 6- In all phones resent calls are in the, when new pho arried it was same way, but now its also shuffers on its own. I had logged the return complain on flipcard web site, 1 week again, once someone from banglore had call and told the process, i tried doing it but the language came was japans or chines, i again called a complain, and called them ever. they used to call me and in one ring pho was cut, today i called them 5 times, then in the evening enginner called me, i told about the complain, the phone call disconned 2 times, they didnot call back, and just send me a msg, which they are sending from 9th of Aug.. "we apologise for not being able to continue with our conversatio. We will call... and choose return from immediate assistance. I ready want help from your side. Its just a matter of 10000, but that 10000 i have earned. From them its just a usual customer, but me its a matter of, convenience. When they want to sell they will say all things but at the time of customers help, they are not helping me out. May be there are many customers having complain like this, but may be i was the once who thought of taking help from you. Plz help he out in getting the set return, or refund, or a new handseld, if things dont work out. My no is [protected]. In UP State.
