[Resolved]  Flipkart — 10% cash back is not given

I bought MI3 mobile on big billion day, due to server issue I couldn't use credit card (there was 10% cash back offer for citi bank Credit card), so I had to choose cash on delivery. At the time of deliver they came with swipe machine and I paid the amount through credit card but as per them cash back is not available, though I am using same credit card and paying to the same WS retail, but this 10% cash back offer is not given to me. Please look into this and help me that Flipkart should consinder my order as part of cash back offer. My Order ID :OD[protected] Thanks, Anand
